Bundesliga International GmbH is a wholly owned subsidiary of DFL Deutsche Fußball Liga GmbH and is responsible for the global marketing of the commercial rights owned by Bundesliga. Bundesliga International GmbH’s three business segments – Audiovisual Rights, Licensing and Sponsoring – all pursue the clear goal of strengthening Bundesliga’s market position on a sustained basis.

Executive Assistant to the CEO (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO
  • Support the CEO in daily business (organisational & administrative)
    • Scheduling meetings and keeping overview of a busy calendar
    • Responsible for travel arrangements which include booking of flights, ticketing, hotel reservations, visa applications and billing afterwards
  • Manage CEO’s daily requests mainly via e-mail/phone and mainly in English
  • Organising meetings (such as quarterly board meetings), including booking meeting rooms and set up of facilities and meeting requirements, preparing agendas and taking minutes as required
  • Handle ticket request of our international partner
  • Coordinate special projects (such as: Christmas dinner, Business Planning kick-off)
  • Responsible for office management, post, and e-mail processing

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sport management, or comparable degree or apprenticeship in hospitality management or equivalent apprenticeship
  • Experience in the role of an assistant (preferably executive assistance)
  • Experience in working in an international environment
  • Excellent MS-Office knowledge
  • Coordination talent and ability to work for different people simultaneously
  • Fluent in German and English
