Alexander Wehrle, born in 1975 in Bietigheim-Bissingen, has been a member of the DFL e.V. Executive Committee since the DFL General Assembly in August 2019. Wehrle has been CEO of VfB Stuttgart 1893 AG as of March 2022, where he worked in roles such as Executive Assistant after studying Administrative Science and receiving a master’s degree in Public Policy & Management. Prior to his return to Stuttgart, Wehrle was Managing Director of 1. FC Köln GmbH & Co. KGaA from 2013 until 2022.
