19.07.2018 – Peer Niclas Naubert (37) has been appointed as the new Head of Global Marketing, Digital & Communications at the DFL subsidiary Bundesliga International GmbH, Frankfurt, with effect from 1 July 2018. Previously, he was Senior Vice President Market Development at Lagardère Sports and thus responsible for the development and implementation of internationalisation and growth strategies for rights holders in new markets. In this role, Peer Niclas Naubert gained vast experience in developing business for major rights holders, such as the National Football League (NFL) and multiple European football clubs, in Europe, China, South-East Asia and the Americas.

In his new role as Head of Global Marketing, Digital & Communications Peer Niclas Naubert will focus on developing and executing Bundesliga’s internationalisation strategy in selected target markets with the ultimate goal to drive reach and engagement for Germany’s top two professional soccer leagues and deliver unique fan experience abroad through localised marketing, digital and communication activities.
